Mysterious Stranger in Windhelm?
Just out of sheer curiosity, does anyone know who the Mysterious Stranger at the Sober Nord Tavern is in Windhelm?
When asked about his name he replies that he never gave it and generally just eludes the questions asked. He also wears all black armor and a hood, I was just wondering if anyone had some info.
