If you are queuing up for vet dungeons, please follow these simple guidelines.
If you queue as a tank, be a tank, not a dps in heavy armor. Have taunt(s) on your bar, know what a taunt is and how/when to use it.
If you queue as a healer, be a healer, not a dps with a couple pathetic healing abilities on your secondary bar. Know your heals and buffs and how they best fit a situation.
If you queue as a dps, you better blow things up, nothing is worse than seeing someone dps with 1h and shield or a resto staff.
Fact is, once you start doing vet dungeons you have to put in some effort to be part of a team. Unless you are vr14 with decent gear already you won't be just mashing buttons and facerolling everything like you did 1-50.
Too many times (15 out of 17 group finder groups) I have run into these situations. It's a waste of my time and your time. I will immediately leave the group, and that will trigger a cascade effect where others leave right after.
Decide what you want to do and stick to it or stay in regular dungeons where you might get away with that play style.
