Bug report tool on Xbox one?

I can't find a bug tool on Xbox. I fell stupid using support tickets, because it generates all sorts of emails claiming they will be considered solved if I don't email back etc.
I don't want to be taking time away from real CS problems when my bug report should be going to someone else.
Is there a /bug on xbox... am I just missing it? Can I get one added?
For example: Drel (might be lord Brol.. the one in the acting stage room) a boss in Sanguine's Demense Public Dungeon In EP isn't spawning. I have sat in his room for 5+ hours while other people kill all the other bosses on several different days. No dice. I have every other boss in EP public, and am working through DC now.
I have no bug tool.
CS can't answer a question or do anything about this.
I can post it here, or even in Xbox tech support... but really doesn't go in either.
I can't get an achievement or an Xbox Achievement until he is fixed.
I want me a bug tool! lol
