Haha and the same people are so vocal about great idea of increasing vet ranks. Heh that alone is much more Wow-y (raise lvl cap - grind for new gar) than little detail as customization.

Perhaps in addition to researching traits, they could add in an option to research artwork.

They already have the system in place, albeit partially, where you have "appearance" items and/or costumes. If anything, adding costumes of styles should be easily possible, but maybe not every gear piece individually.
