For those of you that I see in the threads talking about cloak getting a buff you are wrong. Cloak is not getting a buff. Cloak as been a broken ability in this game since launch. However, it has gotten better since launch. The work they are putting into cloak his patch is just more work towards making the ability work properly. Cloak has never worked as intended. This is merely the continued maintenance on a broken ability not a buff to the ability.
