Does killed NPC respawn?

Hi,

I was trying to cancel a bow show and click on a special attack... I killed an innocent NPC... Will he respawns?

    I also got an achievement called "murder" for killing a NPC, but if he respawn it's cool. I'm trying to play as a good person.
