just stumbled on the most annoying bug since invisible npcs

whilst trying to complete the " defend silvenar" quest nothing happened.. instead I stood in a room full of hundreds of other frustrated players teabagging eachother and dancing naked to pass the time.. im guessing that large groups of players attempting the same quest causes quests to bug out??
