Can your character on PC/MAC be transferred onto consoles?

Can you. It buy a code for it even? I really want eso for the consoles but not if I can't play as my main character from the PC, so annoying

It has been stated that there are no plans to run this offer again, but who knows what will happen in the future?

@ZOS: Please consider reopening the transfers, if solely for the service men and women who were deployed during the small 1 month window. It would only be fair for those who have invested so much time into the game but were not available during the window.

If they do this then please give them their own servers. The few (I know not all or even the majority) *** that decided to transfer characters and bloat the economy kind of ruined some of the aspects (in my opinion.)
