Unfortunately, Zenimax has no intention of ever adding a trade section to this forum.
Similar to addons, they've left it up to players to implement such things, which is why I created ESO Trade. I'd appreciate a sign-up, but you can post as a guest if you'd like. The more players that know about it, the more it will get used. I have trading sections for PC, PS4, and XBOX. See the links below in my signature.1 -

While I admire your desire to help out a community, I find it pathetic on Zenimax's part that any of us have to start and run our own site because zenimax wants to [snip] and not allow trading on their forums. [snip]
Million dollar company already paying for a website. Thought process: Let's make it difficult for players to trade by not letting them post trades on our forums. And when they cry out about it we will tell them to use zone chat (not available on console) or area chat (do you know how annoying it has when people try to sell you *** irl, let alone being that person in a video game), or join a guild (maybe I don't want to join a guild because they don't mean anything in this game. I'm in a guild by myself. [snip])
On the real thought, at this point they should have just did what bungee did in Destiny and not allow trading in game.
