It wont work for me i always have 75% slower health regen at stage four. I have heard feeding on a victum will make it work after spending the point in it but that has not been the case for me. I even respeced completly and still nothing.... I have posted my issues in the support forums several times as well as submitted tickets but never get a response... I am thinkin zos is ignoring me which is pretty dumb to do to a paying customer.
