Where is my attachment!? Guild store purchase

I recently made my first purchase from a guild store and received the email that states I purchased said item, and it is attached. However, at the bottom of the email, it states no attachment.
Am i missing something? Any help is greatly appreciated.

are you on console? IF so, there's a glitch where it takes a while to arrive or you need to log out and then log in. then you will see it5
