supprise attack bug\buff

On xbox if you hit someone not stealthed or cloaked there health bar cracks showing they are debuffed. Is the tool tip wrong stating you only get the debuff if stealth\invs or is it giving it anyway

I tested it with swords axes daggers and mace the damage is the same with light and heavy attacks after i use supprise attack from stealth or not, Health bar allways cracks

New Effect:
Ability now scales off Weapon Damage and Max Stamina. Reduces target's armor on hit.

The stun only occurs from stealth, the armor debuff applies every hit regardless of stealth.

Tested it. I didn't see any cracking happening outside of stealth. Only SA from stealth and even sometime it didn't proc. Wouldn't be surprised if it was bugged.

Just did some testing. Surprise Attack does indeed apply Major Fracture out of stealth.

Thanks was think i was just not getting something what you think this means for xbox pvp dout anyone on xbox knows somthings wrong

I know topics old but just read the patch notes they are chaging its tool tip to say it allways debuffs seems it works as intended
