Scale the stats up on the gear, and not with your level. Problem solved, delete veteran ranks, everyone's happy.

Move the bar! Tougher monsters to slay! New and exciting gear through crafting and loot drops! What? XP your afraid of? Even a casual player can do that in a couple weeks. No doubt some players will do it in a day!

When you are already VR14, what's 1.7 million XP? That's like 4.25 champion points.

For those at level 1, it's just a drop in the bucket when quests give 50% more XP all the way up. You will get there a lot faster than we did!

So basically for very new DLC or content update will get from now ZoS will just add more VR rank would alot better to just remove which the promise us last year.

I can understand why add more lvl in one way but i think a company should not go out public and promise thing that which by look the wont remove other the should keep to themself or the should do and not do like the have done now.

I understand it is big under go to remove VR lvl and change all VR mobs and gear but it wont be easy to do down road other fix now before it is to late.

Where's the option for "only if they add more content with it"? Because I don't see the point of adding 2 more levels if there are no quest, dungeons, raids, and bosses to do for those 2 levels.

No. Progression is needed, but not like this. Level caps should never be raised frequently as it just makes players think "why bother" getting geared up to replace it a month later. In my opinion level cap should not be raised more than once every two years

If that's what they said then it's BS. Why would they need to add levels to add content? Why couldn't they just add it in at VR14? Never heard anything so ridiculous from an MMO dev.

For me, it's not just no to VR 16. Some people will say it's just two more VRs, it's no big deal. But that's not the real problem.

The real problem is that this is a sign of continuous and endless addition of VRs just like WoW continuing to add levels with every expansion. It creates a development mindset of the leveling treadmill, new gear for purchase in the CS, new demand for purchase of xp scrolls, etc.

I don't mind paying for the game! I want to spend money on content. That means horizontal progression, new areas of Tamriel (and indeed all of Nirn) to explore, expansions, etc.
