Didn't want to retype it all here. I'm no vet, but I've spent a lot of time researching builds; I'd recommend just typing "ESO DragonKnight Tank builds" into Google and then sifting through the various posts on these forums, reddit, gamefaq, deltia, etc. Keep in mind that a lot of them are from 2014/early 2015 and there have been various game-changing patches since then. Might want to include "1.6" or "2.0" or "console/PS4" in your search to try and get more recent results. Don't take any build too seriously though; you'll find what you like/what works best for you as you play.
