Vampire/Werewolf Spawn Every Night?

I just heard somebody claim that Zeinmax changed it to where werewolves spawn one night and vampires spawn another because of the scamming that has been going on. Is this true?

They don't spawn with the moon phase, they just spawn on random nights.

Some people say new moon phases, some same full moon, some say random. They only spawn every 5-7 RL days though, but there's no way to know exactly when.

It would be nice if Zenimax would confirm or deny this. There's a lot of false information going around being spread by players who have the diseases so that you have to buy from them. They even stand around and kill the spawns so that nobody else can get it for business. I have heard that standing in one area reduces the spawn rate as well. That has yet to be confirmed or denied.

they spawn only once every other night, if you kill them they won't respawn on the same night... the first time I got vamp was for free, the second time I paid 10k 'cause I had the dough and no patience
