Help with weapon swap

First off, ps4 gamer since console launch, lvl 26 NB atm.

My problem; I run a very fun and pve effective build where I only use dual wielding. I don't use bow or any other weapon-type. This give me a lot more skillpoints for passives and crafting which is great at lower lvl.

I would very much like to have two skill-bar sets using the same pair of one-handed weapons, but on the ps4 I simply cannot get this to work.
If I install a primary weapon in the backhand slot (or whatever it's called?), the weapons is unselected in the primary slot - I'm not confusing this with left-right hand here.
But basically this means, that if I want two different skill-bars, I need two sets of weapons (4 weapons totally) to dual wield?

The question; how do I, if possible, dual wield with the same pair of weapons, but two different skill-bars?

May i ask why you elect to run two DW bars? If yo uwant an all-melee build, i still recommend going sword/shield or twohanded on the other bar.



*You can use addons to both switch items and skills on PC but it's clumsy as hell and doesn't work in combat.

In order to have two DW bars, all with the same weapon, you need this weapon 4 times. There is no known workaround, not even on PC with addons, since you cannot change equipped items in combat.

Thansk guys, I feared as much...

@ Dudis; I explained it badly I suppose, I dual wield (weapon type wise), but of course use different NB skills.
It would be nice to have an all round combat skillbar, and a more sneak/invisibility/soul stealing oriented one, without needing to change weapons also.

It's entirely viable to use the same weapon type on both bars, but you need separate weapons for each bar. Top dual wield daggers on both bars, you need 4 daggers.
