Cant attack bloodfiends as a vampire.

So I was trying to do the "A Right To Live" quest where it wants me to collect Bloodfiend dust. The problem is that when I approach one, it doesnt let me attack them and their health bar is green (I turned on the show health bars). Any suggestions? I am a vampire btw, and Im in too deep to cure my vampirism. I tried relogging but that did not work.

You cannot FEED on undead, so you wouldn't be able to feed on the fiends, but you should still be able to attack them like any other enemy. They may not "glow" red, or be aggressive towards you, but if you hit one, it will turn red and fight.0
