Missing Crowns?

I recently purchased the monthly EoS subscription and received the additional 1500 crowns. It appeared to go through out all my characters when I first purchased it, however, it appears that is no longer the case. Or is it? Is there something wrong with the crown store? I did delete my character I had when I first purchased the subscription, would that have an effect on it? The information that is in the game is pretty lacking on what is and isn't account wide. If deleting my character deletes my crowns, that's a bit bogus. What's going on with it?

✭Same problem here. One day I had 5500 crowns and now its down to 500 for no reason. I never had a chance to use them.0 -
