What is the state of adding controller option with controller friendly UI that is offical from Zenimax online?

Time frame or anything? I enjoy the console but the loading times and resolution on pc make me keep coming back.

    Edit: yes I know its not "official" neither is anything else pc uses to make it playable

    If options weren't necessary, and everyone played the same way, no one would use addons. Fix the UI!

    Idk why y'all want to use a controller it's so limited and weapon swap sux...id give anything to be able to use a mouse and keyboard on consoles

    I'm with ya. And I'll add that I trust addons more than any patches or "improvements" ZOS makes since any issues I've had with some add ons get fixed a heck of a lot faster than a lot of the bugs that are STILL in the game since PC launch.

    There was an addon that allow to activate Controller UI but zenimax disable it.

    I just posted my Xpadder set up for those who are interested.

    Yup I agree, its so damn limited on the PS4 controller..

    and dont even get me started on the darn weapon swap placement...

    I checked the Forum there and they just came out with the ST (Smart Translator) for the game..

    it's expensive but it has me thinking about it..

    It's a personal preference. I know I can't tolerate that many games with a keyboard, I need a controller.
    When I used to play Guild Wars 2, I downloaded one of those gamepad apps and hooked it up with my 360 controller.

    I use a controller (Xpadder)......but I only use the left side of the controller. I use my Razor mouse in my right had. I would NOT want to see controller support if it did away with my mouse (you would get your butt kicked).

    sure, keyboard/mouse is superior in a lot of ways, but i like being able to kick my feet up on my desk and relax when i'm tired of being hunched over in front of my monitor.

    lord almighty i can't wait for official controller support

    Don't get your hopes up, they are too busy making icy horses and other stupid stuff for us to buy.
