    You dont. You find roses as crafting material in containers.

    It's a provisioning ingredient so from the same containers as other prov stuff and also hirelings.

    Look in the small bags and the sacks you find around, I haven't found a spot they are plentiful but usually in a hour of grinding I can find 2-3, but only in small bags and sacks.
