cooldown/waitime?

Right just abit confused cause i do delves then either a group boss or a dolmen and get no loot does anyone know if there's like a wait time to kill another boss before getting loot? Cause its quite annoying getting no loot for no reason dont mind waiting like 5 mins anyway for another try aswel at some loot as i get literally nothing from bosses anyway

Delves have a 5 minute cooldown timer on getting loot from the boss of that delve. Also, if the mobs you are fighting are more than 5 levels below yours, you don't get any XP or loot.

World boss is 15 minutes I believe. Dolmens pop up every 15 minutes.

The loot drops, other than the specific ones that a particular boss drops, are random, and do not have anything to do with your class.

So some bosses (say in delves) drop fixed loot? ex. Gaetane in the Illesian (sp?) tower drops a staff? If it is fixed, does any DC boss drop a dagger or bow?

Delve bosses have specific loot. It doesn't drop each and every time you kill that boss, but it's always the same. If a delve boss drops a specifically named staff, that's the only unique loot that it will ever drop.

I know you are new to ESO, but I'm going to go ahead and spare you some time. None of the delve boss drops or quest loot are worth anything. They are all vendor trash. They are not part of a set, and much better gear can easily be crafted or purchased.
