✭✭✭✭✭Yes, if you want to make sure, go to the character creation screen and see if you can select Imperial as the Race.
I think you get a mount or maybe you still have to buy it for 1 gold in game, so that is something else to look for. It used to be the Imperial let you buy a horse for 1 gold from the stable, not sure now exactly where you get that or how. @Nestor just so you know - you no longer buy the mount for one gold. (I learned this not long ago myself)
When you log in - head to your collections and you should be able to pick the Imperial horse right away. -
