I actually liked that better. As I don't speak German, it made it seem like these spirits were that much more exotic.Spectral_Lord wrote: »Those were them days, man. I also remember when the game launched, there was a bug and certain NPCs would speak in German on the English version.

"I feel like I'm listening to South Park characters talking right now, they just sound ridiculous"
Now I thought it was funny, because there are a bunch of NPC's that just talk in this weird, exaggerated way that sounds almost like cartoonish at times from my experience so far. And instead of being immersed in the quest I kind of just roll my eyes at how stupid they sound. But the quests in which the NPC's actually talk like normal people having sincere conversations are the quests that actually make me feel some emotion. Those are terrific for mmo questing. BTW, my gf was in love with watching me play Skyrim and would stop whatever she was doing just to watch me play, so it's not like she had no experience with gaming quest dialogues.
I love the questing so far, but just a word of advice Zenimax, for future quests you put in this game, try and have all the voice actors speak a little more believably, and less cartoony.
