It appeared to be constantly draining my health. And I had the purple sparkles too. Can't find any answers online anywhere. I see u asked about this months ago. ✭✭I gather you are both Sorcs that use the Twilight? I've heard of this, it's some kind of glitch that happens rarely with the Twilight. Never seen it addressed by ZOS tho. Supposedly it will wear off in 15 min or so.
Make sure you bug report it, sorry couldn't help more.Lag is ruinin' my 'mershun!

On your second concern, we need more information or even better, a picture of what you're talking about. There's various "auras" / "spell effects" that can do this.0 -
danniSoul ShrivenYa im a vampire and this thing is making me sparkle like im [snip] twilight lol. but in all seriousness it looks like its either making my health recover just a bit more slowly and/or possibly draining it and im just a little concerned. that and it says itll wear off in like 49710 days. is this a glitch? should i be concerned?
