Champ Point System Bug - Reduced Max Magicka?

Hey all, I have recently noticed something that deeply disturbed me once I saw it. I had 6 champ points to allocate for each tree, so I did so, but before I did it, I took note of my resource stats this time, and then I checked them again afterwards. Turns out, I have lost 136 points of max magicka just from allocating these points! I at least gained points of max HP and stamina.

Perhaps I'm mistaken, and something else happened, but if so, I would assume that anyone watching the video could point it out for me? Otherwise, I'm a bit upset that I can only see that allocating champ points is taking stats from me sometimes. The video clearly shows that I'm not buffed with any spell or food, and I didn't change gear. The act of spending points is literally all I did that could've affected those stats.

What I get from this is that no one can explain what happened here? So, in that case, it must be a coding error, and not something I missed... Can I at least get a link or instruction of how to elicit the attention of devs on the issue, then?0
