Console: Is there a way to improve items at the workbench that you have equipped?

Inactive Account✭✭✭✭Unequipped them, then Upgrade them. They need to be in you inventory for it to work. -

✭If you mean dropped loot or quest rewards and such, yes, you can improve these items
