trade guild space allotment

i just noticed there is a maximum of 30 slots a person can use to sell goods. 1st question is this 30 space for the entire guild or does each guild member get 30 slots? 2nd question is there a way to increase the allotment per player? be it through perks or achievments with selling goods. say for every 50,000 gold you earn through selling you get one additional slot
