Not being a kiss ass but I thought this was needed as the PC vets have overall been extremely patient and helpful to the influx of eso noobs (including me) that have suddenly flooded their forum. Must have been annoying as hell. Ya a few vet gamers have been [snip] and gave the console crowd nothing but crap but the majority have answered our questions and made our experience much easier bc we get instant answers from experienced players. Thanks for dealing with us and being cool, (most of you) lol

    But yeh, many of us are happy to help. It didn't take long to see you wouldn't be able to get the answers by normal means (zone text chat) and you were finding a lot of outdated info and old websites out there.

    Kind of brings a bit of nostalgia, too, at least for me.

    I can't speak for other PC vets, but I know I'm always happy to answer questions for noobs of all varieties - console or not. As long as the person asking the question isn't being rude, or acting entitled. When that happens I get annoyed...

    But if you're asking questions politely and I know the answers, I'm happy to help. I always go with the philosophy that we were all noobs once, and we were all ignorant once. If you're not a jerk I will be pleased to help you become less of a noob and to help you become less ignorant (well, less ignorant of certain things anyway... there are plenty of things I'm ignorant of myself, and I can't help you with those).

    And probably to a post from April 2014 that discusses some aspect of the game that has since been changed.

    We definitely understand that some basic questions still needs to be clarified for new people as it can be daunting or overwhelming for a game so large.

    We all have been there before, and all of us had to start being a new player at some point in time.
