Weapons Looking Distorted On & Off Wile In Attack Mode.

Yeah, I noticed this distorted look that comes and goes on all weapons wile in attack mode as your characters body sways back and forth. This has been around for a long time now and its such an eye sore. Is this something that is known and if so will it ever be fixed? Pictures below show what I'm talking about. Oh, and I put in a /bug report on this as well in case anybody is wondering but I really dont have much confidence in the in-game bug report due to the fact that I have seen many things I put in a bug report on that are still not fixed. Hopefully this one will get fixed
