Champion Points and Alts (PS4)

BigglesworthPhD
So I did some Googling earlier and couldn't find a definitive answer for these questions. Some of the posts said yes, while others said no. So I have my main at veteran level 3 and a handful of champion points. The confusion is around what happens when I create an alt because I've seen different answers.

When I make an alt:

1. Do I get access to my champion points right away at level 1 or do I have to wait until I'm veteran level 1 again?

2. Does XP earned on my alt count towards my account champion points at levels 1-50 or only once I've hit veteran level 1 again?

Thanks in advance!

    1. Yes -- Alts will have the same CP as your main
    2. No -- XP earned on any char non-vet ranked will not count towards CP

    1. You can use those points right away
    2. You only accumlate champ points above 50, so the vr ranks

    hopefully that helps

1: You will have access to your champion points right away, even on a level 1 alt.

2: XP earned will only start accumulating again once you reach VR1 again. Sorry, all that experience L1-50 is technically "wasted"
