Just wondering when do weapons and armour that you find cjange from being say Dwarven to ebony? Is it determined by your lvl?

Hi,

This is determined by the level of Weapon of armour,

Certain metals are used to craft certain level armour and weapons, same with woodworking and clothing,

level 1 - 14 weapons and heavy armour use IRON,
level 16 - 24 use Steel,

and so on .....

when farming the raw material if you hover on it it will show which level it is intended to create.
