Why are we forced to waste 2 slots on Magelight?

Hmmmm, something seems askew.

Inner Light 7% max magicka considering the passive. Both can be used in parallel even though crit buff of the pot is then wasted. Potion has 40.3 seconds duration and needs to be retaken in battle situations, preventing you from using health pots to butt-safe.

There is a point to use inner light for the crit buff if you don't want to consta-chug pots or retain the backup heal option in critical (pun not intended) situations.

That's why everyone uses 1 Potion Cooldown Reduction Glyph on neck or ring.

Not anyone, i prefer mag reg or spell power in pvp

Why not cost reduction, its a lot more effective than regen glyphs.
