Fix Shields in Player frame

As a OP shield stacking Sorc with no skill and L2P Issues, its realy bugging me that after spamming shields I keep getting these 2 shield bugs on my player frame
1) Is where it just shows as 1635 or there abouts no matter what shield I use or how many I stack
2)I get a random number from 1Mil to 60k with my health bar stuck as if I had full shields up

This is not an addon issue as players who run the stock game still get this bug i.e they don't get the numbers but it still shows they have full shields up, when in fact they don't.
