I have a Playstation 4 version of the game and I also play on PC, they are both separate accounts but for my PS4 account, I don't remember the account name, password, secret question answer or anything...I had a paper written it down but I lost it.

All I want to do is cancel my recurring subscription on playstation 4. I opened a ticket and the person marked it as solved but didn't fix my problem, what do I need to do to cancel my PS4 recurring subscription? Or at least remember my account name or password or secret question answer...I have photo id I could fax for proof or something.

My PS4 handle is Wasteland2058 if that helps.

    If you used a credit card simply ring your bank up to stop it if you cant get onto the account

    I can get on the account because my ps4 automatically logs me in every time, I just don't remember any information or even what email it was under. The GM that answered my ticket replied with nothing that has anything to do with what I needed help with and marked the ticket as solved, that seems like bad customer service and I can't find a number to contact but I guess I could contact the bank since I guess zenimax customer service has no way of helping me seeing the copy/paste response from my ticket... I just don't know how that works with the bank as I've never done it before but I'll see what I can do.

    I hope that doesn't cause issues with my PC subscription too because I'm subscribed to both pc and ps4 but I want to keep my PC subscription but I guess it should just let me resubscribe if it blocks both. I'll see what I can do, ty

    Edit: if I can get on my ps4 account automatically through ps4, is there a way to cancel subscription from in game? I looked through a lot of the menus like settings and help but couldn't find anything

    Neither of these help but I appreciate you trying. I already opened a ticket and the person marked it as solved, I guess I could post the copy/paste of what the GM told me.

    It didn't have anything to do with my problem. All I want to do is cancel my PS4 subscription from recurring but don't remember any of my information or email I had the account assigned to. All I know for certain is my PS4 name is Wasteland2058. I have an extremely bad memory and I did have all the info written on paper but I lost it.

    That is frustrating ... and even more so if the only way is to cancel your credit card and get a new one issued.

    Surely one of the forum moderators will have a clue on how to fix ... there must be a way to talk directly to Customer Service, prove who you are and regain account to your account management page.

    Here's hoping.

    This is an easy one. your subscription on the ps4 has nothing to do with ESO. Its handled by the psn to cancel it turn your ps4 on go to settings, then playstation network/account management, then account information, next find service list, after that find The Elder Scrolls Online click on it, finally click the on that says subscription it will open a new window click cancel; automatic renewal. you can also do it this way with the ps plus if you dont want it to auto renew.
