I bought The Elder Scrolls Online: Premium Edition and the explorers pack didnt stalled, it stops at 100% everytime i try to install, any fix about this?

If you're still having difficulty getting the Explorer's Pack to install, please try uninstalling it and re-installing it after a full system reboot.
