A few ideas to implement, please.

Hello,

I have only been playing since the ps4 launch but I am quite suprised that a few features were not added as they should have been a very long time ago.

1) Please allow the setting of default audio channels on login, even if it just all/area/all guilds/none or the like. Please also do not switch audio to the group automatically or even better, provide that as an option. The use case for this is being in guild chat and going into a dungeon. Why force the switch?

2) And this is the big one, please make anything that cannot be used directly take up 0 slots in inventory and the bank. If I want to level up cooking, I need around 70 spaces in the bank alone. Also, any of the other crafting abilities max out my bank that I have leveled up 3 times now and it only seems to want more space. Also, can you figure out a way to store trophies separately? They only take up space and honestly, are not worth the very expensive bank slot.

3) Please allow guild bank combining and sorting. This is a no brainer and we would much prefer to have a long search time than having to see 50 different stacks of the same item... almost always crafting... taking up 50 different slots. If 2 was implemented, it wouldn't be such a hassle.

TLDR version, allow default audio to have options, allow anything not directly useable (crafting resources and trophies) not take up any inventory space, fix bugs with the guild bank.

Awesome game but I am surprised that these are not already fixed.

I'm only going to speak on point two since I play PC and number three is a feature we have men clamoring for for a long time.
The need for nano space is a necessary and intrinsic time sink for MMO's, especially in the crafting department. Hoarding can be a big issue with guild traders who can directly influence cost, also the idea of the player determining what items they deem valuable to them. The idea of the Master Crater was always intended to be a possible reality, though without any skill based walls there needs to be some kind of decision making. Only the most dedicated crafters will bank one of everything at all times, and even then they baby actually fit all of it in the bank, so a few tips.
    - Make alternate characters to store excess items. When you have a lot of items to keep but no room, simply put the stuff in your bank and keep it on another character. These are mules (forgive me offiou are aware of this)
    - only keep the materials that correspond with your current crafting level. Sure you can hoard the mats for higher tier crafts, but the lower level ones serve you no long term or short term purpose, so get what you can put off them and sell them off.
    - with provisioning you will find out what ingredients may be necessary to hold on to, specifically the rarer ones. Once you Max out provisioning you will only be using a few recipes so that will save you space.
    - traits are going to be the largest hurdle. You can either research as you go, our hosts s bunch of trait items for later use to maximize time. It's up to you, but if you are interested in the latter route do know that each item has 9 traits and there are 22 types of armor and 12 weapons meaning you could possibly be holding onto up to 306 individual traited items.
    - trophies (the ones you gain via quests, not the achievement based consumable trophies) Are being considered for the collections tab.
