[QUEST BUG] The Mallari-Mora Xbox One

I ran into a bug after dying in the Ezduiin Undercroft while trying to save the researchers. I spoke with one that was imprisoned, died, saved her, and then was unable to see any of the others. I was able to unlock them all by going into the other realm and destroying the shards I needed to, however the trouble came when I needed to talk to Andewen. She wasn't there. Troubleshooting: I left the area, came back, still no people. Logged out in the undercroft, logged back in, still gone. Logged out in Ezduiin, logged back in, still no NPCs. Logged out in Ezduiin, power cycled the console, logged back in, finally was able to see Andewen to turn in the quest. In case you need the data from me, GT is Adorable Cyborg, character this happened on was Ardaelyn, between 11:20am and noon Pacific, 6/21.
