caldwells silver (PC) (AD ZONE)

Ok, so ive done caldwells silver a time or two, but im struggling on my 4th (maybe 5th idk) run through. I have completed all but the last two in auridon. Skywatch-Hlep Razum-dar defeat the Veiled Heritance and Firsthold- Save Firsthold. they are highlighted like ive picked them up, but not checked off. However their not in my log, and i cant find the quest giver anymore. I might have dropped them when i i planned on grinding but im not sure. Ive submitted a ticket but with ZOS being so absorbed with console i figured id see if anyone has experienced this and knows a fix. thanks in advance
