Struck in Marine Costume in Vulkhel Guard

I did a quest at about level 6 in Vulkhel Guard (Im an Imerial Ald. Dominion) that had me dress as a Marine and Sneak to warn the Queen that her guard was going to assasinate her. I don't remember the name of the quest but I currently have "To Tanzelwil," and "Repentant Son."
I've logged in and out and am still stuck in this costume. Im a Dragon Knight in heavy armor but am walking around in leather looking gear. Is there anyway to fix this?
