Ranique✭✭✭✭you cant buy them from npc's, but only from players. I would say that the best bet is the guild-kiosks. the best ones are often found in your alliances capital. You don't have to be a member of a guild to buy stuff on thier kiosk.Through me you pass into the city of woe:
