While active will it also effect skill line xp gains?

Or is it strictly level XP

I would think yes.
But I'll never be able to test that. May be able to test the in-game ones.

No it only affects leveling XP

As skills are leveled based on XP you earn while they're on your bar, what's your source on this bonus XP not affecting skills?
