ESO Plus Bonuses

I have a question about the xp bonus. I am wondering if it is really working or not. I just played through the all the AD side quests, did ever quest, killed nearly every world boss, nearly all the dolmens, all of the mages guild storyline, fighters guild story line, and main story line except for the final quest to fight molog bal because they doesn't show up yet, did every single solo and group delve, didn't do any group dungeons. I am level 46 and just starting the coldharbor questline and I am only level 46. I have been playing this game since PC beta and have a few vet rank characters. From what I remember I was usually around level 46 when I got to coldharbor on my other characters (before eso plus was available). So I am wondering where does the xp bonus kick in? I have noticed I do get the gold bonus but I feel like I am still getting the same amount of xp as I did before. Anyone else noticing this?

Same here as far as what level I reach Cold Harbour.

I didn't play the PC so I have no base for comparison but I guess 10% doesn't equate to much difference.

Maybe it'll be more noticeable with Vet levels?

I am hoping it will be more noticable in vet ranks, 900k xp vs 1 million xp to level will make it a bit easier.

How often did you hit the point where you were 5 levels higher than the mobs and we're therefore only getting quest XP?

I can't compare because my tools always go on guild outings so they don't level linearly, but whenever I'm not getting mob XP it really slows me down.

Never, I was always around the same level as the mobs that I was questing to fight. That's why I'm wondering if the xp bonus is actually working or not. I feel I should be much higher level then I am right now.

If you the have the eso plus listed on your character buff sheet then it is indeed working. 10% is really not that much but for me I seem to be about four levels higher than what what I should be.

I made this post this morning.

Here is why it doesn't work.

My friend and I who came from PC who know the game well play together every weekend, we do EVERY single quest together and wait for the other to finish before progressing. We also 100% clear all content in each zone, he has ESO plus and I do not however our levels are exactly the same. We just hit level 42 together.........so there is no 10% bonus exp there.

Also, I cant confirm but I do not think the rings are working either as we play with 12 guys and some of them use rings. They are nearly right on track with us and they run in groups of 2 while questing as well.

It definitely works, but if you want to check, do one of the standard Cyrodiil PvE dailies, and check your XP before and after you turn the quest in. At Level 46, if it's not working, the quest will give you 4169 XP. If it is working, the quest will give you 4585 XP.
