Anyone else on the PS4 unable to complete quests because the NPC doesn't appear on the screen? I am not able to turn in, complete, or do any quests because when I reach the white marker there is no one there. I see the "X" pop up to talk to someone but it doesn't do anything? Anyone know a fix or having this issue? I just reached level 21 when this occurred.

Yukian✭✭✭This is a known issue and should be fixed soon. Performing a restart of the game - or rebooting your system - should correct it.

AcecloudSoul ShrivenI saw a new thread on the home page from the Devs that you need to power off the console, wait 5 min and log back into the game. Something about resetting the phase you are in and should correct the NPC issues...guess I will try tonight after the Blackhawks win the Stanley CUP!!!!!!0
