Never goes over 50%, this is everything on max using a 980TI and 2500k, 8GB ram. I know my framerate is high, but I am not standing in the middle of a town and there are no players around me. It can't be a problem with my GPU because I reach over 100 fps in Witcher 3 everything on Ultra. And my benchmark scores are decent. So for some reason its just this game

FishBreath✭✭Yes, you're CPU capped. The game doesn't have good multicore utilisation. If you want more GPU usage you can improve the graphics further with DSR resolutions.0 -

The performance is subpar for those specs, very subpar.Sometimes, I dream about...cheese...

You playing at 1080p and no DSR?
You should try upping your res to force more of the load on the GPU, you wont get higher frames but you'll get better visuals at a similar cost.0 -
Trollwut✭✭✭Find out which CPU core is being heavily used by ESO (or bind the game to one specifically) and overclock this core.
Even a slight overclocking can boost it by 20 FPS, as it did for me. Never had problems then again.0
