They did maintenance to the servers overnight. I haven't hit a queue since.

Actual game, prior to getting to character select.

@Brandon.coker101_ESO It will be real bad Friday and Saturday nights. Best to have a plan B for gaming those nights. Daytime waits hopefully won't be that bad.

I'd guess that the amount of people at one time trying to log in on the weekend will be less than at launch. Instead of EVERYONE at the exact same time, it should be spread out more.

I've talked to a few players on console who have been getting some good play time. I've seen several streams also. Sypher for example has streamed it twice, today and yesterday.

It may be tough to get in, you just have to be patient I guess. This happens to every mmo at release.

Pro Tip: If you cannot get into one server but you are able to get into the other, your progress will not transfer to your originally desired server

I.E. you cannot use the same character on both servers. I learned this the hard way.

Server queues are normal for any new game/expansion. Once I get in though, I haven't really had too many problems. Only have been kicked once so far, so no big. I get over it and just log back on.

He is trolling. Game is not capped at 1000. Game is just new and needs to work out some kinks. Take a breath, and remember consolers, there are other games to play in your down time. Sure you paid money and should be able to play, but this is a mmo. Any veteran mmo player would expect this and worse. If I remember, PC at launch was unplayable for a week I think. I've got to level 12 so it is possible to play. They seem to be fixing things as well, two maintenances and after each one game play was smoother. So breath. Go play a free game or two as we get them with live. Wait for servers to stabilize more.

First time I got kicked though, I hard reset, cleared my cache for the blu ray as they said. I also deleted some games as I didn't realize I only had 5% space left on my harddrive( I bet some people that are having these issues have very little room left on the HD). Worked better after. Give it a whirl. Getting upset with a mmo on launch day, even launch week, especially on a freaking console, is like getting a warm drink, opening it up, and expecting it to be ice cold.

I pay money $130 I should be able to play. Plus if you bought an IPhone or a Samsung on launch day and 70% of your calls were dropped and you couldn't receive texts you would be pissed. They knew there would be server issues (like always with a MMO) cap the amount of games you sell during launch week. Not everyone who wanted a PS4 or Xbox One could get one on launch day. If your servers can't handle 750,000 people all trying to play at once don't sell 750,000 games. Green. Plain and simple. They can mitigate this until they figure it out. They don't care. You already bought the game.

I logged on last night at 8pm eastern. Had a 5 minute queue. Nothing wrong with that imo.

They will due to people being afk, or just lazy dont want to come to dungeon. I was today 4 times inside Eden Hollow with full group but we just couldnt.

I got stuck on a loading screen (PS4 EU) before character select at around 11 am UK time today. Every 30 secs or so a message came on the screen telling me it was taking longer than usual.

I gave it about 3 mins, then quit the game, restarted and this time it went to character select in the normal time.

So seems little point in waiting if this happens, simply restart game.

Only a year late, but at least you're learning
