(PC) Temporary fix to shield block animation bug

I played on console a few days ago, and as far as I can remember, this bug was gone.
On PC however, it's not gone.
When you block with a shield on a FEMALE CHARACTER, your shield is facing the sky. So, I have a temporary fix.
This bug is only occurring on female characters. So if you are a male, this bug will NOT occur. If you use the Goblin gem or skeleton costume, you become a goblin/skeleton. That goblin/skeleton is assumed MALE despite your characters initial gender. So, your shield doesn't bug out while blocking
