Better for endgame: Vamp or WW?

As a magicka user, my first impression was to go vampire. The extra regen sounds good plus the faster sneaking for pvp. However I have found that there is fire EVERYWHERE. In cyrodil, the are fire ballistas, fire based DKs, and burning oils around every turn. A lot of endgame PVE content has fire everywhere as well. Hell, the hardest group dungeon is completely fire based.
My main question is as a magicka user, am I better off going WW for stam regen even though I am a magicka user? I would appreciate answers from both a PvP and PvE perspective. Thanks.

I am a vampire NB,
and would not change it for the world,
I have met some OP DK's and Templars who are Vampires,
You can play anywhere as a vamp and if used properly the skills work in all situations
WW is nice for stamina regen but as a stamina NB i prefer VampirismPC EU Megaserver

Zsymon✭✭✭✭Vampire has superior bonuses, but if you're concerned with fire then you pick Werewolf. If you're okay with fire attacks then Vampire is definitely much stronger for a Nightblade.

Where/When can I become one in the Ebonheart Pact? I've wondered this for a while, can't seem to find it as the internet doesn't want to cooperate with me.

You can find the bloodfiends in the rift just search vampires in this site and you'll find some threads about it, it might take a while to find one too cause on the pc it took me 2 weeks to finally find a bloodfiend and its only at night time.1 -
