So I preordered my copy of ESO through the xbox market and preloaded it a few days ahead of time, but I work monday-friday and have to be up early so I didn't even try to play the first night/morning. so Tuesday I try to get on and after about an hour of log in fail, link account, login fail, T&Cs, login in fail T&Cs2, login fail, T&Cs3 Login fail, login fail, login fail......SUCCESS! spend a decent time customizing my character, mauling over race, faction, class, get to tutorial play through no problem, a little lag maybe but nothing I can't explain away as first day jitters really getting into the game, happy with most of the Game mechanics and overall enjoy playing. Riding my horse in the city when suddenly screen blanks goes to loading screen that says something along the lines of I was kicked for spamming....I haven't even bother trying to figure out how to message yet.....how can I spam when I don't know how to send a message....oh well first day jitters right?

Login fail, login fail, login fail, login fail....glitch in the game, I'll quit and come back in....login fail, login fail, fail, fail fail, Hulk getting angry.....fail fail fail in the queue position 25314 wait time 1 second...wot?.......15 minutes later....queue position 1 wait 1 second...mhm......5 minutes later....zzzzzz......SUCCESS! Play do a few quest a little annoyed but still enjoying the ga......connect lost check your internet connect....checks dashboard, still on xbox line, checks detail network stats, open nat, 17mb down 3 up 80ms ping, not amazing but certainly good enough...pull up warframe, logs in no issue, play a few quick cash runs, join others games, host a few games, no issue...hmmm.

switch back to ESO Login fail login fail, screw it I'm going to bed...

Next day(6/10) home from work surely first day jitters are dealt with...it was just influx of registering new characters, or whatever, sure it'll be good.

login fail, fail fail..........15 minutes later in the queue position 31673 wait time 15 minutes 4 seconds well at least its giving me accurate.....20 minutes laterish (watched a full episode of hunterXhunter on my phone) queue position 1 wait time 1 second......5 minuteish of fruit ninja later SUCCESSS.

Playing, loving game, got cool restoration staff throwing fire balls and healing ***, gangster.....kicked for spam.....F*%&ing godd(*& Moth#$%&^*@)

*sigh*

login fail...........Servers down for maintenance.....go play warframe for a few hours......go back to ESO

login fail, login fail, login....SUCCESS WHOO! YEAH! they fixed it they finally got....15 minutes later check internet....pops neck.....yeah okay...I'm done.

TLDR: Love the game, hate the connection issues, going back to warframe until this is sorted out....

The spamming message is misleading. It has nothing to do with actually spamming chat but is actually caused when a rapid influx of info is sent from you to the server I believe.
This can be caused by rapid use of skills/movements...basically too many commands at once.

Likely the reason for you being effected even though you were neither spamming chat nor commands, is instead, as you say 'launch jitters' . Basically with the server being so busy atm there are likely large lag spikes/command delays occurring which is preventing your commands from actually going through to the server, then suddenly they all go through at once which causes it to react as if spammed.

Course, that's my uneducated guess, but what do I know, I just play the game
