Xbox One: Is Voice chat working?

Just logged in after the servers came back on line and I cannot hear anyone talking, nor can anyone here me. In the Voice chat menu, it says I am in the channel and lists all the people, but cannot hear anything and no one is responding. I know it is not my headset as me and my wife switched to party chat through the Xbox Dashboard and we hear each other fine. So is the in-game chat just bugged out right now?

Yeah I agree the server may need a reboot, twitch feeds are saying Voice Chat is not working1 -

Earlier I didn't have the options for voice chat and neither did anyone that was in my group of 8 on the NA server.0 -

We may need to look again. Are the reports you're seeing on Twitch also from Xbox One? (By reboot, we meant a console and game reboot.)

My voice chat hasn't worked at all yet. It always says its unavailable. Rebooting doesn't work for me. I have seen a few others that are in my same shoes. It really needs to be fixed since there is no other way to communicate.

traigusb14_ESO2✭✭✭✭✭When mine goes out, I can dashboard and quit then come back in (if it is up again) and it works again.
If I stay logged in, I never recover it once I get that error message.0 -
skipsarg✭✭✭It would be great if you fix this voice chat issue which seems to be a l o n g and ongoing problem from looking at all the comments, its now JUN 2016 that 1 year down the track and the same problems still remain. The headphone and microphone icons are there but my gamertag does not appear in the chat list. Some times a hard restart work and sometime not. Also the issue of grand repair kits not working is another ongoing issue, when you press Y to open the repair kit it only gives you the option of destroy or help, sadly a hard restart wont fix this one.0
