Same here battled through this mission as level 11 now can't finish it

and same here too....portal is ready but cant enter till talk to jofnir, marker and name with "A" talk button come up, but no person is there and cant talk to him...crap!

I found a work around. You need to abandon the quest, log out and do a complete reboot of the Xbox. You'll need to re do the whole quest, but it's not too ad.
